on the Marathon Trail of Life

Do you care about your mental and brain health?

Do you feel that conventional medicine has limitations?

My traditional medical school training left many questions about mental and brain health unanswered.

After more than a decade of medical practice helping thousands of patients in need of neurologic rehabilitation and recovery, I decided to look further.

I completed the two-year Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship and became Board Certified in Integrative Medicine. I also became a certified diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. I completed post-graduate certificate training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, breathwork, metabolic health, nutritional psychiatry, and functional genomics. I have gained profound insights that I hope to share with others.

  • Medical School training at University of Chicago
