Do you care about your mental and brain health?

Are you looking to complement your conventional medical care with additional strategies?

After more than a decade of practicing medicine and helping thousands of patients with neurologic rehabilitation and recovery, I chose to further expand my approach to mental and brain health through complementary, evidence-informed disciplines.

I completed the two-year Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship and became board certified in Integrative Medicine, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. I also completed training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, breathwork, metabolic health, nutritional psychiatry, dementia prevention, and clinical genomics—gaining insights that now inform my clinical work and that I am passionate about sharing with others.
